Job Role
* Provide support in the acquisition of new clients
* Provide support in the retention of existing clients through the renewal process
* Procure new business quotations from insurance companies
* Handle client queries on products and services provided
* Participate in meetings, both internal and external
* Deal with client enquiries by telephone or email
* Maintain and develop relationships both internally and externally
* Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
* General office administration
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Customer service experience
* Experience working in an administration role for 3+ years
* Strong time management skills
* A reliable, articulate and self-motivated individual
* Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional organisational skills and an understanding of how to prioritise
* Good standard of English, both spoken and written
* Someone who is proactive and keen to learn
