Our client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their nationwide based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for real estate, capital projects, operations, budget management, lease portfolio administration and general support for the Head of Property & Facilities. This is a multifaceted role that requires excellent relationship management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
What you'll do:
* Actively support in the selection, evaluation, acquisition, occupation, management and/or disposition of office space.
* Develop strategies for the Real Estate portfolio.
* Ensure all systems and records are fully maintained.
* Collaborate with Senior Leadership and external consultants.
* Contribute to the development and management delivery of the Real Estate Investment Plan.
* Identify risks and develop risk management strategies.
* Coordinate with design teams, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Support the company's commitment to achieving its 'Net Zero' sustainability goals.
* Design and implement office policies with the Head of Facilities.
* Day-to-day management of budget areas.
