Part-Time HR Operations Manager - Old Street | £45-£50K FTE
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team? We're seeking a Part-Time HR Operations Manager to join our client's team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
About the Role As our HR Operations Manager, you will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive company culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing HR operations and compliance
Managing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Supporting recruitment and workforce planning
Handling employee relations, performance management, and HR casework
Managing payroll processes and benefits administration
Leading HR projects and process improvements
Supporting the Director with HR strategy and planningAbout You We are looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years' experience, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered). You should have:
