Description
* Managing product non-compliance concerns with customers and staff.
* Managing non-compliance with company procedures, training instructions, policies.
* First contact for key suppliers with regards quality (i.e. calibrations).
* Maintaining Supplier Quality Assessments.
* Managing internal concerns, customer concerns and supplier concerns.
* Reporting on cost of non-quality (re-works).
* Fail code reports and Right First-Time reports.
* On-time delivery reporting.
* Managing internal audits program.
* Managing BSI AS9100 / ISO9001 auditing visits.
* Chairing / minuting monthly objectives meeting.
* Managing CSIP, KPIs, Action Monitor.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a Quality role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Expert knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
