The Opportunity
A leading Hospitality client requires a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative technology and business change projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technology and change experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective governance through scope control, budget management, and planning.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
* Manage multiple technology and business change projects across the organization and its wider group.
* Tailor project approaches and communication styles based on complexity, risk, and audience.
* Build relationships by engaging with teams at every level, including frontline and head office teams.
Skills + Experience
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex projects.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
* Proficient in project governance, budget management, and planning.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Background in retail, leisure, or hospitality industries.
* Strong knowledge of business systems and commercial operations.
* Familiarity with methodologies such as APM, Prince2, or AgilePM.
* Positive attitude with a passion for embracing and driving change.
