About the Role
Join our team as a Care Assistant and make a real impact by providing compassionate care to those in need. In this role, you’ll offer essential support in both home care settings and care homes, helping to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients.
This role may require flexibility in working hours based on client needs. Candidates should be willing to work within the hours of operation typically between 7 am – 6 pm. Additionally, duty cover on weekends and evenings may be required as per the agreed schedule.

Main Duties
* Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client.
* Assist clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
* Maintain accurate records of client information and care provided.
* Drive to attend client visits as needed.
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for clients.
* Any other duties related to caregiving as assigned.
Qualifications
* Experience in creating and implementing care plans.
* Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping.
* Strong command of English for clear communication.
* Familiarity with home care practices and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
* Prior experience in a care home setting is a plus.
