Position: Learning Support Assistant Salary: £417-£425 per week Location: South Birmingham Start Date: January 2025 ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with strong experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) for a full-time role at a well-established special needs school in South Birmingham. Role Overview: Provide 1:1 support to students with additional needs within a classroom environment. Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere. Assist the class teacher with general classroom tasks, tailoring learning materials, and preparing resources as required. Ability to obtain suitable references and successfully pass a DBS check. All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
