Desktop Support Technician Middlesbrough - on site £200 per day Inside IR35 We are looking for a highly capable 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Technician to join our client, a large managed IT consultancy working onsite for their end client in Middlesbrough. This is a contract position within IR35. Please note an enhanced DBS Check will be required prior to starting this role. Job Summary: To maintain all IT Systems to a high standard ensuring operational availability and to respond effectively to all help-desk requests. Candidate Profile Ability to respond to a high volume of support tickets in a timely and professional manner, resolving and escalating when required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ensure the resolution of all IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLA's Experience within the education sector is highly desirable Technical Skills: Ticketing Systems (Spiceworks) Service Now Windows 10/11 & Office 2016 and above Office 365 You will operate the help-desk, record and monitor system issues resolving or escalating when required. 3-6 months initially Location: Middlesbrough - on site Rate: £200pd inside IR35
