We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Organiser for Organised Play to join our Global Events team and help bring Warhammer to life in front of thousands of people around the world. If you are someone who is passionate about helping us recruit new hobbyists whilst keeping our existing community engaged, then this could be the perfect role for you As the Event Organiser, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Organised Play Manager and the Global Events team, where your key focus will be on organised recruitment, retention and competition activities that brilliantly showcase the Warhammer hobby to new and existing customers at varying experience levels. You'll play a key part in executing the Global Events Strategy, by creating and running tournaments, paint competitions and walk-up-and-play activities at major Warhammer events. From Warhammer Opens and gaming conventions to Grand Narratives and World Championships, you'll ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard to delight our passionate fanbase. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and execution for over seven in person events throughout the year, ensuring that everything from materials, to event timelines are executed with precision and enthusiasm.
