WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Woods Furniture is a 150 year old independent home furnishings business whose mission is to provide on trend furniture and home accessories to homes throughout the UK, at amazing prices without compromising on quality or service, creating customers for life.
You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
1. Manage a small team of warehouse assistants and drivers, ensuring high standards are maintained and adherence to our core values.
2. Hit KPIs relating to delivered sales targets and local delivery volumes.
3. Use our systems to manage shipment bookings and various processes from returns to dispatch and goods in.
4. Deal with customers directly when required.
5. Enforce and manage warehouse health and safety in line with legislation.
6. Demonstrate first aid knowledge and develop efficient processes.
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
1. Follow tightly controlled stock management processes.
2. Ensure the right product gets to the right customer, within the right timeline.
3. Keep a tidy, well-organised warehouse and a motivated team.

1. Delivered sales targets (local and national).
2. Picking accuracy.
