A rewarding and exciting role as a Behaviour Support Assistant has opened for an aspiring SEN teacher, educational psychologist, support worker, or occupational therapist. This role is ideal for a recent psychology or criminology graduate who is passionate about understanding the triggering factors behind challenging behaviour.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work with young learners who display behaviour outside the expected boundaries set by the school. You will implement specific strategies, provide emotional support, and promote positive habits to improve their overall well-being and social interactions with peers.

5. £80 - £95 per day
The highly-regarded primary school seeks an individual who demonstrates excellent behavioural management skills, is committed to improving the life of a challenging young person, and can adapt their approach and strategies to the specific needs of the individual. Relevant experience working with difficult behaviour, mental health issues, or SEN children is preferred.
