Our Night Receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests throughout the night. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you will be the face of the hotel, providing outstanding service and handling key operational tasks with efficiency and professionalism. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and manage late-night requests. Maintain security and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Conduct night audits, process reports, and manage financial transactions accurately. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations overnight. What We’re Looking For: A dependable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and upholding brand standards. The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
