JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
1. Schedule, lead, and manage a team of Bayhosts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient service.
3. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest reservations and bay assignments.
5. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
7. Train Bayhosts in safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
8. Continuously improve the guest experience through innovative ideas and process enhancements.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
9. Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role.
10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
13. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
14. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
15. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
