About the role:
The day-to-day work can vary and may include:
* Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments. Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability are essential to help young people make positive choices and support colleagues' development.
* Working on a rota basis (average full-time hours per month) plus sleep-ins, depending on the home's size.
* Meeting the needs of our children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations.
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
* Ability to assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with the Statement of Purpose.
* Experience leading a team in residential care.
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
* Supervision and personal development aligned with Quality Standards.
* Carrying out tasks as directed by management.
* Deputising in the absence of managers.
* A full UK driving license is required due to the role's location and nature.
