I am working with a globally established manufacturer who have been providing an excellent service to their customers for several years, and yet still continue to grow and deliver.
With a number of brands within the organisation, and a long-standing team of employees, this organisation is one of the most desirable within the manufacturing and hospitality sector.
The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop and grow the business within a defined geographic region so that the annual budgeted sales turnover and profit is achieved through adopting a combination of sales strategies through the regional and national distributor network across the region.
Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be field based, and the role is responsible for driving all selling activities within the region. This is achieved by working with the national and regional distributors working within region, and actively focusing on end-user sales opportunities.
Achieving the monthly targets set for the region.
Activate and monitor the national account strategic targets
Use our CRM system to accurately record and monitor the progress of all field sales activities by account.
Ensure that the funds budgeted for entertaining is used prudently and effectively.
Complete all reports and accounts information accurately and on time each month.
Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role you will:
Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience at Regional Sales Manager level operating within Ireland
Regional Business / Sales Manager experience within the Hospitality sector
Ability to maintain relationships and influence key partners, stakeholders, and senior management regarding sales activities.
Presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Consultative Selling.
Excellent PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ideally you will have experience from the manufacturing sector or within hospitality.
A thorough working knowledge of ERP, Caterlyst and any other sales analysis tools developed.
You will be figures and data driven and understand your patch and customers in their entirety.
