Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute manual and automated test plans for UI and APIs, ensuring systems meet high-quality standards. Collaboration: Work within Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies, estimating testing efforts, and resolving defects. Reporting & Analysis: Record and communicate test results, track issues, and provide actionable insights to improve products. Continuous Improvement: Maintain regression packs, stay updated on industry best practices, and contribute to process enhancements. Requirements Essential Skills Familiarity with manual, exploratory, and automation testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver. Proficiency in C#, Java, SQL, and Visual Studio IDE. Experience with version control tools such as Git and knowledge of branching strategies. Understanding of HTML/CSS/DOM and testing across various OS and browsers. Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development. ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level certification. Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps or similar SLC tools. Preferred Skills A degree in computer science or a related field. Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Awareness of OWASP Top 10 security flaws and testing techniques. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and automated builds/releases.
