Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
2. Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
3. Highly energetic and driven to succeed
4. Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
5. Able to manage information of a confidential nature
6. Experience of working in the customer services industry or call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential.
7. Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.

8. Experience in Accounts Payable
Duties of this role include:
9. Support the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
10. Manage patient enquiries to a high standard
11. Support change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
12. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
13. Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
14. Complete ad-hoc requests from the management team.
