As an Operational Compliance Coordinator in our Environmental Services team, you’ll take the lead in ensuring compliance and high standards across the Lambeth contract. This role will give you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing risk, maintaining high audit scores, and fostering collaborative relationships.
You’ll be entrusted to:
● Lead compliance efforts across the Lambeth contract, ensuring adherence to policies and achieving excellent audit results.● Manage health and safety requirements, supporting the development of local operating procedures and reporting incidents via ASSURE.● Act as the Data Protection Champion, ensuring compliance with data protection and GDPR standards.
● Cover the daily management of Absence Manager, including absence call back and return to work interviews.● Maintain quality management systems and regularly review the risk register.● Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including ISO certifications and customer service excellence.● Oversee learning and development compliance, ensuring all staff meet training requirements.● Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.● Drive compliance with absence and welfare management objectives.
