What you will do in your working day
* Assist in onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the setup process
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, striving for first-contact resolution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized support and strategic guidance
* Contribute to the development of educational resources, tutorials, and other materials to empower customers to maximize the value of our products or services
The training you will be getting
* You will be studying the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship, the typical duration of this programme is 18 months
* Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
* Delivery method and location of training to be confirmed, but does involve remote learning
