Flourish Australia has an opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join and support our teams based in the New England region Ongoing full-time (76 hours/fortnight) Working Monday - Friday Based in Tamworth Attractive hourly rates 11% Super Tax-Free Benefits About the Opportunity In this role you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support functions reporting to the Manager. In this client facing role, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism as the first point of contact to ensure a positive experience for those wishing to access Flourish Australia. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an Administrative role, preferably within the community services sector. In addition, you must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You will be a professional and emotionally intelligent individual, with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as effective organisational skills, good problem solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will also be able to demonstrate a practical and optimistic approach, possess the ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently, and have a good degree of computer literacy. Experience in an office environment relevant to the level of the position (see position description above).
