Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounting entries for all subsidiaries.
* Maintain global property databases.
* Analyse prepayments and accruals against a budget.
* Identify potential errors and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
* Support multiple departments across the business.
* Work with external consultants on system implementation and improvements.
* Process monthly costs for all properties.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1/2 year's experience in a finance role dealing with balance sheet reconciliations.
* Part-qualified professional qualification.
* Hard working and willingness to learn.
* Minimum intermediate Excel skills and confidence with formulas.
* Organised and determined to succeed.
