1. Monitor ongoing product quality throughout the production process by conducting random quality checks.
2. Act independently from production for the final release of pharmaceutical and other products as determined by the Quality Manager.
3. Inspect incoming products from suppliers.
4. Operate the EyeC Proofiler system as needed.
5. Conduct internal audits on process, housekeeping, and glass/brittle plastic areas.
6. Maintain the quality system as directed by the Quality Manager.
7. Perform customer-specific approvals and testing as required.
8. Participate in quality improvement projects as needed.
9. Engage in Health, Safety & Environment programs and adhere to HSE practices.
10. Coordinate the processing of customer returns and quarantined products.
Person Specification:
11. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
12. Experience working as part of a team.
13. Practical knowledge of health and safety.
14. Ability to use initiative.
15. Qualification in Quality and/or Engineering.
16. Flexible approach to working hours.
17. Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
19. Highly analytical, results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
