A leading leisure operator with a diverse UK-wide estate, ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. sites, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its dynamic, client side, property team. Reporting to the Property Director and working closely with the Head of Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile refurbishment and capital projects across the UK estate.
The Role:
As a client-side Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery in line with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Leading multiple capital projects valued between £500k - £5m, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Managing external consultants, designers, architects, and cost consultants, ensuring alignment with the business brief.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, and Senior Management, to ensure projects deliver maximum ROI.
Chairing regular project team meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and costs.
Overseeing health & safety compliance and ensuring projects have minimal disruption to business operations and customer experience.
Driving innovation and efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve project delivery.
