Reed Talent Solutions are working in partnership with Fujitsu on the search for a 1st Line Support Technician at their Bracknell site.
What is the purpose of the role?
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be adding value to an existing technically diverse team of engineers, with a right 1st time attitude.
What does a day in the life look like?
You will be liaising directly with on-site engineers to assist them resolving faults, triage of incidents to support a prompt resolution and be a key player in communications to the end customer. You will be working within an environment that will expose you to a mixture of network and infrastructure support activities, this will enable you to grow technically alongside your primary support function.
What does a successful candidate look like?
We are looking for candidates who are flexible, dynamic, have a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You must have strong attention to detail skills and be comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
