Spa Therapist at Crowne Plaza Newcastle plays a pivotal role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and leave feeling relaxed. This position involves carrying out treatments, making sure the treatment rooms are clean and presentable, working as a team and also individually.
A day in the life as a Spa Therapist at the Mineral House Crowne Plaza
Mondays we start at 11am - 7:30pm Tuesday -Sunday is 10am - 6:30pm we have cleaning gaps in between each client, all therapists work together to set up on the morning and to clean down. The Mineral House is a small friendly team who love seeing new faces.
What do we need from you?
* Customer Service Skills: You need to have excellent customer service to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
* Attention to Detail: You’ll need to be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Whilst able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly.
* Communication Skills: You’ll need excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You’ll be able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Level 3 beauty therapy qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
