This includes the facilitation of development programs, engaging with internal working groups and providing data lead insights to drive improvement.What you will doPeople Data & Analysis
Develop power BI dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders and people systems team
Ensure the effectiveness of employee surveys through high level stakeholder engagement
Support leaders to analyse survey data to assess employee sentiment and engagement trends
Use data visualisation tools to create clear and informative data narratives and presentations
Monitor the effectiveness of employee engagement initiativesDiversity & Inclusion
Support the implementation of Fortescues D&I plan
Conduct assessments and consultation with stakeholders to identify gaps in diversity and inclusion practices
Collaborate with new and established diversity employee working groups and provide guidance and advice as required
Develop learning resources and facilitate workshops on diversity and inclusion topicsLeadership Development
Facilitation of leadership development programs
Utilise leadership capability and competency frameworks to identify development needs
Coach and mentor to support leadership development
Evaluate the impact of leadership development programsPerformance & Talent
Support the implementation of Fortescues Performance and Talent Cycle
Collaborate with the people team and business leaders to align the cycle with existing resources and processes
Deliver learning programs to increase leader capability in navigating the performance and talent cycleOrganisation Development Principles & Practises
Apply OD principles and practices to support a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Facilitate change management initiatives and projects
Conduct diagnosis to identify organisational challenges and opportunities
Recommend evidence-based interventions to enhance organisational performance
Partner with the people team and mid-level managers to align OD projects with organisational goals
Stay updated on best practices and trends in organisational development, employee engagement, leadership and diversity
Monitor the implementation of projects, programs and initiatives and evaluate their impactAbout you
Bachelors degree or higher in Organisational Psychology or an Organisational Development, related field.
Experience designing and delivering organisational development interventions and projects
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience facilitating workshops
