As a Youth Development Worker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young individuals, fostering a safe and inclusive space for growth and development. This role is really suited to someone who likes to manage their own diary and caseload, and enjoys interacting with lots of people on a daily basis. Empower and inspire young people to overcome challenges and build a brighter future. Create and implement engaging programs that promote personal and social development. Collaborate with community partners to expand the reach and impact of youth initiatives. Role Responsibilities: Update risk assessments and risk management plans Create, and update support action plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds. Provide Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all young people. Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance youth support practices.
