Registered Occupational Therapist with post registration experience Experience of working with and conducting assessments with individuals with a diagnosis of dementia or recent experience of working with older adults and conducting comprehensive assessments. Responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of occupational therapy to individual clients and their families and carers via a range of evidence-based interventions. To manage and organise competing and conflicting priorities and manage change in complex situations. To be a resource of clinical knowledge and competence in the service area contributing to staff and service development. To be a motivated and dynamic individual who has a commitment to the positive development of this service whose aim is to support people to live well with dementia.
