1:1 and Alternative Provision - Birmingham & Surrounding Areas Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to the individual learning styles of each student. - Support students who have complex emotional, behavioral, and social needs, including those with a history of school refusal. - Use de-escalation techniques, therapeutic approaches, and emotional regulation strategies to foster a safe and productive learning space. - Work closely with SENDCOs, speech and language therapists, and behavioral specialists to ensure a coordinated support plan. - Deliver a broad curriculum with a focus on Functional Skills, life skills, and confidence building.
