We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as Luton Airport Express Brand Manager on a 13 months fixed term contract. The role of Brand Manager will lead the continued development of the LEX brand, working with the joint alliance between Luton Airport and other strategic partners to amplify our commercial opportunity.
As a Brand Manager - Luton Airport Express you will
* Work with an exciting framework of agencies to create attention grabbing campaigns that get Luton Airport Express noticed and customers considering rail to the airport.
* In collaboration with our media agencies, develop multi-million pound, multi-channel media campaigns that increase journeys and maximise our return on investment.
* Responsible for the annual budget, including the allocation and control of spends, ensuring that targets and phasing plans are met.
* Implement measurements of success for both brand building and Return on Investment. Report periodically to EMR, DfT and key stakeholders. Make recommendations to optimise commercial performance.
* Continue to build relationships with and align EMR plans to key stakeholder plan e.g. Luton Airport, GTR and Dart operator to ensure we are maximising partner potential.
* Ensure on time and on budget delivery is properly adhered to during the execution.
* Work across Fleet, Stations and Airport to align the customer journey and create smooth point to point experience. This will require working closely with Fleet, HS1, GTR, Luton Rising and Luton Airport.
To be great in this role you will
* Have extensive experience in effective campaign management.
* Proven track record of developing eye catching creative that builds memorable work.
* Be experienced in Brand and Campaign management and measurement using brand tracking and econometric insights.
* Populate periodic reporting and revenue data to influence upcoming media activity.
* Hold a Degree level qualification.
* Have experience in stakeholder management and communication at a senior level – this role will represent marketing at the highest levels.
* Have strong experience of working cross-functionally, securing buy in from senior stakeholders and leading projects to delivery. You can manage various dependencies across teams and prioritising where required.
* Have experience of working in a commercially focused environment and comfortable creating and presenting business cases for approval.
* Be able to challenge convention, demonstrating good initiative and thinking ‘out of the box’.
* Have the ability to identify the best combination of opportunities & lead to comprehensive plans.
* Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability.
* Be able to solve issues and unblock problems through managing risk effectively and tracking the mitigation of risks.

EMR has a hybrid working policy which is applicable for this role. This means the role can be based at home 2-3 days per week and in the office 2-3 days per week. Should you wish to work full time in the office this is also an option.
