The Best Connection have a brand new exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team based in Pulborough! We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual with a proactive approach who can help support the efficient running of our client's operations.
Due to the location of the role, candidates must have access to their own transport. This is a full time role and is available straight away. It will be on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the successful candidate.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Booking in meetings and taking minutes
* Booking travel arrangements and managing diaries
* Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls and mail)
* Assist with data entry
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and ability to use initiative
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour depending on experience
