Arranging interviews and feedback
Issue offer documentation
DBS Checks
Checking eligibility to work in the UK
Obtaining references
General HR…
Payroll – Check Payroll for any anomalies and authorise sign off
Liaise with staff / managers to resolve any payroll queries
Monitor probation periods and offer documentation
Create contracts of employment
Issue contractual change letters (mainly regarding change of hours)
Monitor expiration of Right to Work dates and undertake process to renew or dismiss
Deal with acceptance or resignations
Issue grievance and disciplinary letters as appropriate
Advise on generalist HR issues, using FSB as necessary for more complicated issues (e.g. redundancy)
Issue salary review letters
Liaise with East Sussex Apprenticeship scheme as appropriate (once or twice a year)
