Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating appointments and meetings, and taking minutes when necessary.
* Handling correspondence via e-mail and telephone.
* Performing administration duties on the systems, ensuring all information is updated.
* Providing general administration support.
* Data entry.

* Has similar administration experience.
* Is proactive and able to use their own initiative.
* Is organised.
