Job Responsibilities of the Counter Sales and Service Advisor:
Act as a front-line liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring excellent service.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, admin, and stock control) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Receive, process, and complete sales orders for both counter and contract customers.
Flexibility to take on tasks that may involve Parts, Service, and Sales functions.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the line manager, highlighting any concerns.
Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, including delivery, warranty claims, and QHSE documentation.
