About the role
As the Leadership Development Curriculum Manager at Reckitt, you will contribute to the company’s global leadership and talent development strategy, program development, rollout, and evaluation. You will work with the Head of Leadership Development to create innovative leadership development interventions that enhance leaders’ skills and support business strategy execution. Your responsibilities include designing and facilitating talent development programs, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and HR to identify development needs and align expectations. A strong understanding of external best-in-class solutions and evidence-based design is critical.
Responsibilities
1. Support the development of a comprehensive global leadership strategy aligned with Reckitt’s business goals, identifying key leadership skills and behaviors for success at all levels.
2. Identify leadership development opportunities and build integrated solutions, reviewing talent data to enhance our talent pipeline.
3. Create bespoke roadmaps for leadership and talent development initiatives, including skills building, coaching, and mentoring, with integrated learning pathways.
4. Align leadership development solutions with wider initiatives such as inclusion and cultural change to positively influence organizational behavior.
5. Ensure development programs are measurable with clear outcomes for effective evaluation.
6. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful learning experiences, leveraging technology and innovative approaches, including the deployment of the LXP for engaging online learning.
7. Work with HR, Talent, and business leaders to understand talent development needs, decision-making, and evaluation methods.
Experience required
* Experience in a complex, multinational matrix organization with deep knowledge of leadership development and learning.
* Ability to shape strategy, manage change, and scale programs across countries and functions.
* Proven experience applying adult learning principles to create impactful, value-driven learning solutions.
* Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and engagement skills at all organizational levels.
* High-level project management experience in fast-paced environments.
* Experience co-designing and delivering leadership development programs with external partners.
* Knowledge of HRIS technology, learning technologies, and SuccessFactors.
* Subject matter expertise in Leadership Development, assessment, and development center design.
* Track record of delivering high-quality leadership programs.
* Up-to-date industry knowledge and thought leadership in leadership and learning trends.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
* Resilience and comfort working with ambiguity.
* Business acumen and project management skills.
* Understanding of psychometrics, engagement surveys, and 360 questionnaires.
