Key Responsibilities:
1. Support people to live independently and complete day-to-day activities.
2. Actively advocate for people we support and their families.
3. Provide intimate personal care with dignity, according to individual needs.
4. Effective communication and building rapport.
5. Safe administering of medication.
Your Induction:
Leading Lives runs a 3-week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and will be supported throughout this process.
Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
