As the Business Manager for this luxury skincare brand, you’ll oversee daily operations at a premium beauty counter, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will span three key areas:
1. Retail Sales & Client Relationship Management – Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalised skincare consultations, and captivate clients with engaging brand storytelling. Drive sales, coordinate retail activations, and collaborate with internal teams to showcase the brand’s excellence.
2. Stock & Administration – Manage stock levels, handle transactions, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and uphold high standards of workplace organisation and cleanliness.
3. Team Management & Leadership – Motivate and mentor your team with tailored coaching and incentive programmes. Inspire excellence, oversee scheduling, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer journey.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for luxury skincare and proven expertise in retail. You’ll stand out if you:
* Have extensive experience in the luxury beauty sector, particularly in skincare.
* Thrive on achieving sales targets and delivering personalised, high-quality customer experiences.
* Have prior experience working for a big retailer.
* Excel at leading and coaching teams to reach their full potential.
* Possess strong organisational skills, from CRM to inventory management.
* Speak fluent English (additional European languages are a bonus).
