Salary up to £65,000

Overtime paid at hourly rate

Sleep shift at £50.00

To work shifts which include evenings, sleeps, and weekend.

Must Have:

One to two years of management experience with young people in a residential setting within the past five years.

Experience working within EBD (Emotional Behaviour Disorder) setting

A supportive nature towards the young people and staff

An uncompromising stance on poor practices and the courage to speak out.

Organised person, attend all meetings.

Experience in supervision and care plans is required.

Able to work and manage a team/ able to bring the best out of Team
