Head Pastry Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Head Pastry Chef to join our client's culinary team at a stunning hotel in Wiltshire.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to create and develop dishes for the Pastry section alongside the Head Chef.
The hotel offers a popular afternoon tea service, approximately 25 weddings per year, and a busy fine dining restaurant with a tasting menu.
The Head Chef has designed the menu to reflect a playful and fun interaction for guests using the best suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Pastry team and develop menus that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless operation of the Pastry section.
* Manage inventory and ordering to maintain high-quality standards.
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a long-serving Head Pastry Chef with experience in a similar environment, preferably with 3 AA Rosettes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to interact easily with guests and colleagues, and have a proven track record of maintaining a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef position.
Package
* Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
* Tips: £200 to £300 per month.
