An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Banking lawyer to join this International firm's highly regarded finance team as an Associate, based out of Aberdeen.

The Team:
This role sits within a dynamic Tier 1 Ranked Banking & Finance group that handles a diverse range of work, including acquisition finance, corporate lending, fintech transactions, and funds finance. The team has a strong presence across various sectors, particularly in digital assets, fintech, and corporate finance.
You will work hand in glove with colleagues in London, accessing the best quality of work available in the market for an exciting array of clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is an opportunity to become part of a team that is recognised for its expertise and market presence.
The team are involved in a variety of exciting and cutting-edge financial transactions across various sectors, including:
* Fintech and Digital Assets: Advising on innovative debt funding deals for fintech clients, including private securitisations and forward flow transactions. Notable clients include businesses backed by leading financial institutions.
* Corporate and Leveraged Finance: Handling complex and high-value transactions such as leveraged, real estate, and acquisition finance. The team acts for a mix of borrower and lender clients, including prominent names in the Scottish and UK finance markets.
What We’re Looking For:
A solicitor who is:
* between 2-6 years of relevant PQE
* a team player, eager to work collaboratively in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
* interested in engaging with clients who are innovators in their fields.
* open to developing expertise in fintech or corporate finance (no prior experience in fintech is necessary).
