Senior HR Advisor - Hybrid Role with Nationwide Flexibility
IDEX Consulting are working with a leading Financial Advisory group, demonstrating significant growth across the UK. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the business and, with hybrid working available, can be local to any of the following locations:
1. Newcastle
2. Liverpool
3. Cheltenham
4. Royal Leamington Spa
5. Reading
6. Worthing
7. London
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations: Provide expert and confident advice and guidance on ER matters whilst supporting managers in handling complex HR issues ensuring compliance with company policy.
2. Change Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to support change programs and organisational transformations whilst assisting in the implementation of key strategies.
3. HR Policy & Procedure: Review and update procedure accordingly along with the delivery of training to stakeholders.
4. Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and assist in the design and implementation of employee feedback mechanisms.
5. Administration: Oversee administrative processes including employee data management and documentation and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
The successful candidate:
1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and ideally within a Financial Services environment.
2. Minimum 2-4 years in a senior or advisory role.
3. Experience of a growth and agile environment, ideally with mergers/restructures/change management.
4. Ideally professionally qualified but the length of experience, industry knowledge and change management is more important than CIPD.
5. An understanding of ER and a confidence in that space are essential.
