Co-Founder / Head of Sales & Partnerships (Equity Only)
FitFunnel is a marketing agency dedicated to helping fitness coaches, brands & influencers grow their businesses with high quality lead generation, brand partnerships, content strategy & marketing solutions. We’ve built a strong foundation and are now looking for a driven sales & partnerships expert to help us scale.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a business savvy closer who thrives in sales, outreach, and partnerships. If you’re passionate about fitness, marketing, and building a high growth company, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
1. Handle client acquisition (cold outreach, warm leads, follow-ups)
2. Improve conversion rates from email campaigns and DMs
3. Develop strategic partnerships with fitness brands and coaches
4. Optimize and scale FitFunnel’s sales process
5. Close high ticket fitness coaches/brands who need our services
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in fitness, marketing, or agency work)
2. Ability to drive revenue and secure high ticket clients
3. A growth oriented mindset and willingness to hustle in an equity based role
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Familiarity with CRM, email outreach, and sales funnels is a plus
