Join us in the transformational programme at Royal Mail - Project Daisy. We are looking for a Migration Campaign Analyst to lead customer migration campaign analytics. Your role will involve creating migration campaign plans, ensuring customer readiness, and collaborating with various teams for a seamless transition.
About the role
In this role you'll:
1. Support others to successfully deliver their objectives within the scope of the migration strategy.
2. Support, create & analyse a migration campaign strategy that includes customer communications (pre/post), customer support during migration, customer segmentation plan, sales communications and customer communication collateral.
3. Build a migration campaign plan cadence to enable the ongoing management of the migration plan and reporting to key milestones.
4. Help build a migration campaign plan that includes strategies to retain high profile, high value customers.
5. Manage, engage, communicate, and consult with stakeholders – both internally and externally.
6. Develop and document an end-to-end campaign analytics plan that will ensure all elements of the migration plan are deployed in unison and to time.
7. Develop and own key reports to share learning across the programme.
8. Lead in developing learning strategies from analysis work undertaken.
About you
You should have:
1. An understanding of Royal Mail operations and commercial functions.
2. Ability to use data to decide short- and long-term campaigns, driving decisions and retaining customers.
3. Ability to simultaneously manage a complex set of project imperatives in various phases of design and deployment.
4. Ability to manage activities with multiple internal and external key stakeholders.
5. Ability to utilise appropriate measurement tools to evaluate the ongoing progress and effectiveness of a project.
6. Strong experience in campaign and business analysis.
7. Ability to effectively communicate and establish credibility within all levels of the organisation and externally.
8. Ability to articulate the potential customer response to large scale change.
9. Ability to support a geographically dispersed team.
10. Ability to develop effective working relationships within a cross-functional team.
11. Strong presentational skills.
12. Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience:
1. Proven experience of managing complex and interdependent campaigns and business analysis initiatives.
2. Proven experience of developing and supporting campaigns.
3. Proven experience of operating at analyst level.
4. Proven experience of analysing CRM and a good understanding of marketing campaigns.
5. Demonstrating ability to quickly reassess priorities when required.
Qualifications:
Degree level or relevant previous experience.
