A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced person to support the Service Managers, in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities in the East.
Main duties of the job
The role requires excellent secretarial and communications skills including diary management, email management, use of all Microsoft Office packages, the ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information, address issues directly and escalate issues to the Management team as appropriate. You will need the ability to act on initiative and to work under pressure, to provide cover for colleagues and maintain a team working approach. An understanding of the NHS or a large complex organisation is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible approach to work and needs of the service and have a sufficient experience as a PA or senior administrator. In return the post-holder will be supported in their role through training and regular supervision.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
