MSP experience required.
You’ll be working with a superb, fast growing Managed Service Provider alongside their support team as a final escalation point, whilst also being heavily involved in project work. Responsibilities
* Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune - Configuring networks, VPNs, security policies
* You’ll be the final escalation point for support queries while also delivering on end-to-end projects, such as M365 migrations and Azure network configurations.
* Client Interaction – Working directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
* Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
* Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
