Finance Administrator Market Drayton (hybrid) Full-time 6 month fixed term contract We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Ingredients & Milk Supply planning team. This role involves supporting the team with various administrative tasks, including handling purchase orders, sales orders, invoice processing, and reporting. Main Responsibilities: Process sales and purchase orders for direct and indirect purchasing. Liaise with procurement for approval. Receipt and process invoices against purchase orders and sales orders. Run reports in BW & SAP for distribution to the wider business on a weekly and monthly basis, adhering to month-end timetables. Learn and manage Cream & Liquid processes, including reporting, invoicing customers, and reconciling tankers between sites. Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes within the team. Key Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office. Strong numerical and written communication skills. Ability to work both in a team and independently. Self-starter with good communication skills.
