* Be able to lead by example both in the classroom and broader aspects of school life
· Be effective at designing and implementing strategies and systems, both academic and pastoral
* Be effective at supporting and developing middle leaders and other colleagues
* Be relentless in pursuit of high standards
* Be able to monitor and analyse performance and plan effectively for progress
* Be open and able to work with various partners including those within the Trust, Slough Local Authority and the Governors
* Be committed to curriculum development to support 21st Century learning
