Your duties and responsibilities will be
Provide project, clerical and administration support to project management team.
Manage correspondence and decide on the action/communciation required.
Maintain business interface to meet customer needs. Be friendly and helpful.
Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency
Assist in the administration and process necessary paperwork during the project lifecycle
Assist in management reporting for project activites
Assist in delivering projects at the expected level of quality, performance, safety and cost
Communication and interface between, project manager, customer’s agent and customer
Develop good relationships with architects, consultants and end customersYour key competencies
Filing and keeping records
Retrieving information manually or on computer
Ensuring that adequate progress is being made and reporting is in place during the project lifecycle
Report incidents immediately, cease work and make safe / guard where requiredSupporting the Team

A minimum of 4 GCSE grades particularly in Maths & English.
Excellent IT skills. An understanding of procedures and practices. Influencing and communication skills.
The ability to multi-task.It’s great if you also have the following
A degree or higher-level qualification. Experience within the utilities sector or construction or civils background.The setting for the role
