Brook Street are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join our Central Resourcing team based in our Uxbridge office. You will be a part of a wider team who specialise in recruiting for a variety of high-end clients which require staff in Customer Service and Administration.\n\nThe ideal candidate would be motivated to learn and grow professionally, have a good telephone manner, be organised and able to offer exceptional service to our customers. \n\n37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.\n Temporary on-going assignment, with the possibility of a permanent contract.\n Paying £12.30ph, 24,000 Annual\n\nYour role as a PSR Resourcing Consultant will be to work as part of a team, under the supervision and direction of PSR Central Resourcing Manager, to work on a high volume of roles and deliver the candidates in the agreed upon timeframe.
This role will suit somebody who is process driven and able to work to KPIs, targets and deadlines. \n\nThis role will offer a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, once full training has been completed and you are able to work confidently, independently. \n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\nWorking with internal stakeholders to discuss recruitment requirements and proactively source suitable applicants to meet client requirements\nMaking high volume calls on a daily basis to meet KPIs\nConducting telephone screening for applicants in response to advertising\nArranging ID validation calls in line with legislation and compliance\nRecord daily figures to be reported to the Central Resourcing Manager\nEnsure compliance with company, client and legislative requirements\nMaintain and control accurate data using legislative and company systems\nEnsure an effective and secure system for all information /data including paper-based documents\nComply with the Company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence\nPromote Brook Streets image through appearance and conductExperience and skills required:\n\nExperience of working within a customer focused role either face to face or telephone based\nMust have excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines\nMust have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal\nMust be able to communicate with both candidates and the colleagues by telephone and email\nMust have great attention to detail\nMust be adaptable and willing to learn\nMust be driven and motivated\nMust always be extremely personable and professional\nMust be able to travel to the Uxbridge office, UB8 1ABBrook Street is proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant and as such, we guarantee to interview all candidates who are veterans or spouses/partners of military personnel, and who meet all the essential criteria for the vacancy.\n\nAs a Disability Confident Leader, and holder of the Gold Award status from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, Brook Street, as a supplier to the Public Sector Resourcing Framework (PSR), will offer you a guaranteed interview with a PSR Sourcer.\n\nShould you identify as a candidate with a disability and/or as a veteran or spouse/partner of military personnel and meet all the essential criteria for the role, we encourage you to reach out to us via the Brook Street website.
