The Role
As a Senior Bid Manager, you will support the Bid Management Lead in applying the end-to-end Business Winning Methodology across the sector. We are ideally looking for expertise within the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the development and ensuring the quality of business-winning functional outputs, such as bid strategies, competitive assessments, win strategies, and value propositions.
* Collaborating with customer-facing 'opportunity owners' to design and implement effective business-winning programmes.
* Ensuring bid teams are resourced effectively to deliver against plans.
* Acting as a point of escalation within the opportunity leadership team for matters related to the Business Winning Methodology.
* Owning the application of the Business Winning Methodology for specific bids and/or portfolios.
* Working closely with other functional leads to integrate a range of professional skills and competencies required to develop quality business-winning outputs.
* Line management of Bid Managers and Bid Coordinators.
* Developing partnering strategies.
